Earlier last month, an ACS Security Patrol Officer responded to an alarm that triggered around 9:45pm on Somma Way in Bel Air. Our security officer, Heder Hernandez, arrived at the property, inspected the exterior area and noticed an individual on the 2nd floor of the house. Meanwhile, the customers, who were not home at the time, confirmed with ACS that they could see that there was someone inside their home from viewing camera footage on their mobile app. Patrol officer Hernandez immediately made contact with the suspect, notified LAPD to respond, and secured the area. The homeowners arrived on the scene and verified that the suspect had made unlawful entry into their home before. LAPD soon arrived and took the suspect into custody.
